Most of us understand our struggles far better than we can change them. We know why we worry, why we react, why we stay stuck and yet the patterns persist. That’s because many of our deepest habits, beliefs, and stored experiences don’t live in the thinking mind. They live in the subconscious, where talk alone often can’t reach.

Hypnotherapy creates a gentle, relaxed state of focused awareness not sleep, not unconsciousness where the subconscious becomes more open to change. You remain fully aware and in control throughout. Nothing happens without your consent.

In this state, we can gently explore and shift the patterns beneath the surface: anxiety, trauma responses, unwanted habits, low self-worth, fear, grief, and more.

Sessions are integrated within a trauma-informed approach, moving always at a pace that feels safe for you. Most sessions run 60 minutes, and many people notice meaningful shifts within just a few sessions.
