What Is Clinical Hypnotherapy?


Clinical hypnotherapy is a medically researched, evidence-informed process that uses gentle relaxation and focused attention to reach the subconscious mind—the part of the brain where many habits, beliefs, and stored experiences live.

While counselling works with the conscious mind to build insight and coping strategies, hypnotherapy goes deeper to shift the automatic patterns that talk therapy alone can sometimes struggle to reach.
